Built for LATAM, by LATAM
640 fellows from different disciplines learning directly from the founders who built the region's biggest companies — and shipping their own products while they do it.
See how the fellowship worksFellows from Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Chile, Uruguay, Ecuador and across the region.
Choose a Fellowship track or explore another Makers program. Each path is practical, remote and built around work you can show.
Go from an idea to a launched AI startup through customer discovery, product, go-to-market and a demo day in front of investors.
Go from zero to full-stack developer while building and launching real products with AI as your pair.
A program for teenagers between 14 and 17 to learn AI and build their first startup.
Master fundraising with partners from the top 1% of venture funds.
Different disciplines. One builder community.
Five sequential phases, each one eliminatory. Every phase filters a different dimension of the profile, and the order is deliberate: what can be judged at scale comes first, what needs an evaluator’s hours comes last.

What you have already built, and what you want to build next.
Applications close September 20, 2026. When they do, every applicant receives a welcome email inviting them to register on the admissions platform. Registering is not the application — it is the formal start of the process.
Inside the platform you complete a form about what you have done before: what you led, what you built, what you made that was interesting. A Maker is someone who builds even when nobody asked them to, so we look for evidence of things already shipped rather than credentials or plans.
Two required inputs
Fifteen minutes. One thing measured.
The strongest profiles from phase one take a 15-minute interview with an AI, conducted in English. The conversation ranges across several topics, but only one thing is assessed: fluency in English.
The bar is B2 and it is not negotiable. It is a binary knockout — you pass or you do not — and it adds no points to any later phase. It sits this early because it is the cheapest filter to run and the one with the least room for judgement: someone who cannot operate in English cannot use the programme, however strong the rest of the profile is.
A real problem with no predefined solution.
You receive a real problem and design a proposal or a product that solves it. There is no correct answer, and that is deliberate: the case is built so that a generic answer — or one generated by AI — falls apart on its own.
What is assessed
Phase three judges the thinking. This one judges the thinker.
You present your proposal and answer questions about the decisions behind it. We are looking at how you work under pressure and how clearly you communicate.
It also serves as proof of authorship: nobody can hold up a proposal they did not build once the questions start.
The least structured phase, and the one that weighs most.
The final stage is a conversation with someone senior on the team about what drives you. We want to know you further: your motivation, your ambition, how you would fit the community, and what difference Makers would actually make to your future.
This is where the dimensions the rest of the process cannot reach get assessed — agency and commitment.
Not lecturers. Founders and operators from the companies LATAM actually talks about, in the room with you every week.
